• Payments are collected via Razorpay payment links or invoices

• Advance or full payment may be required before production

• Prices are agreed upon mutually before order confirmation

Intellectual Property

All designs, samples, and materials shared by clients remain confidential and are used only for order fulfillment purposes.

Limitation of Liability

MJM Square shall not be liable for delays or losses caused due to:

• Incorrect details provided by the client

• Customs clearance delays

• Logistics or force majeure events

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
