Cancellation and Refund Policy

MJM Square specializes in custom-made garment manufacturing based on client specifications.

Order Cancellation

• Orders once confirmed and production initiated cannot be canceled

• Cancellation requests before production starts may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Refund Policy

• Payments made for custom orders are non-refundable

• Refunds will be considered only if:

  • Payment is made by mistake (duplicate payment)

  • Order is not processed due to company-side issues

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

• Refund timelines may vary based on Razorpay and banking partners

Important Note

As all garments are manufactured as per client requirements, refunds are generally not applicable after order confirmation.
